Shipping policy
At KONDRA, we want to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, and that includes shipping. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:
- Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £15 for customers in the UK.
- How much does shipping cost? For UK customers, our standard shipping rate is £1.99.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive? We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days. UK customers should allow 5-15 working days for delivery, although most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days after processing. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive.
- How do I track my order? We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your order's progress.
- My shipment never arrived. What do I do? In the rare event that your shipment doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service team. Due to increased restrictions on shipping and recent strikes, there may be delays beyond our control, but we'll do everything we can to help.
- Where does KONDRA ship? We currently ship to the United Kingdom from our UK website, although some exclusions may apply depending on the post code.
RETURNS POLICY:
We at Kondra Dental Supplies strive to provide excellent customer service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy allows for a partial refund of 65% of the total price for products that are returned.
*Please note that if you choose to return a product, the shipping fee will be supported by you.
In order to receive a refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse and inspected. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and free of any damage. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund of 65% of the total price.
Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
How do I start a return or exchange?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@kondra.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and a photograph of the item. Our customer service team will respond with the appropriate return address and instructions for return.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive your return and it meets our standards, we'll process your refund back onto the credit card, debit card, or Paypal account used to place your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed.
